In order to face the inevitable challenges that lie ahead of us, we have positioned ourselves in a manner that allows maintaining a firm competitive edge while delivering products at speeds that are dictated by each market segment. Despite the increasing labor costs and currency pressures, China will remain a firm and indispensable resource base. We will seek to increase capacities in our existing plants by keeping closely abreast of labor supply.  Our expansion into Vietnam and Bangladesh will serve as strategic manufacturing options to counter ongoing pricing pressure from mass market retailers.

Innovation will also play a large part of growth plans. Our R&D efforts will continue unabated to produce new and improved base fabrics as well as cutting edge finishing techniques.
